The TEE Lab is immensely proud of Leong Yong Xu for being named a Global Winner in the Earth and Environmental Sciences category in the Global Undergraduate Awards 2023.

Yong Xu was recognised for her superb research project, which investigated the "Changes in Dung Beetle Diversity and Community Composition Among Trap Types and Across a Habitat Type Gradient in Singapore". As a Global Winner, Yong Xu presented her project to the international audience at the UA Global Summit that was held in Dublin, Ireland in early November 2023. She also had an amazing time meeting and bonding with fellow undergraduate researchers.
