We are thrilled to congratulate Dr. Ong Xin Rui on the successful defense of her PhD thesis titled "Using Integrative Approaches to Address Data, Knowledge, and Capacity Gaps in Southeast Asia Insect Conservation." Her remarkable work marks a significant step forward in addressing critical challenges in insect conservation.

Dr. Ong Xin Rui is a brilliant researcher from the Tropical Ecology and Entomology (TEE) Laboratory, Nanyang Technological University (NTU), under the supervision of Associate Professor Eleanor Slade. She was also co-supervised by Assistant Professor Nalini Puniamoorthy from the National University of Singapore (NUS).
