VISITING RESEARCHER

I am a visiting scholar for the Tropical Ecology and Entomology Lab (TEE Lab) at NTU ASE. My work focuses on home-field advantage in carbon decomposition of shoot litter and root residues mediated by soil fauna and microorganisms.

I earned my Ph.D. in Physical Geography from Northeast Normal University and currently serve as a faculty member at the School of Geographical Sciences, Changchun Normal University. My research interests lie in the ecological functions of soil fauna. Specifically, I aim to elucidate the pathways, fluxes, and regulatory mechanisms by which soil fauna mediate the input of litter-derived carbon into soil, thereby advancing our understanding of key processes in the terrestrial carbon cycle and contributing to the maintenance of soil health.

In my free time, I like watching basketball games. My favourite teas include Chinese black tea and green tea.
